The joy of string quartet music, is its endless flexibility to be the perfect backdrop for functions of all kinds. We have played for birthday parties, christening parties, masquerade balls, office celebrations, anniversaries and much more!


We have wealth of music in all styles but please suggest that perfect piece of music that will 'make' the occasion if you have one and we will arrange or source it for you.

  • We work closely with families to arrange appropriate and fitting music for funerals both in church and crematorium settings.
  • Playing prior to the ceremony as the funeral party assemble, requested pieces during the course of the funeral and then as the funeral party depart

Now you have chosen to have a string quartet at your wedding or function, what might we offer at these occasions?

Booking

We will talk about the nature of your booking, and any particular music choices you may have.


We will ask you to complete a booking form and pay a deposit.


A repertoire list can be provided at this point.


Payment


Payment of £100 deposit secures the date in our diary. Unless the date is very soon (many of our clients book over a year in advance), contact will be made in the months prior to the function to firm up the details and confirm music choices.


Please note that this deposit is non refundable.


Payment of the balance, is requested a week before the wedding.





Fees:


We are totally transparent about fees and have a simple payment structure.


Wedding ceremony only (20 mins prior, in music, signing music and out music): £550

Additional surcharge for working with a third party musician (such as  a singer) £75

2 hours of music: £600

2.5 hours of music: £650

3 hour of music: £700

3.5 hours of music:£750

4 hours of music: £800


Gazebo charge: For outdoor bookings we require a shaded area to perform. If this is not readily available at your venue, then we can supply our own gazebo. Charge £20


Music sourcing: We have an enormous range of music in our collection, however should we need to buy any specially requested music a charge may be made for this.


Charging is made for time in attendance (from when we start playing) to when we stop, even if there are periods within where no music is required.
